Not everyone needs a phone.. If they did, apple wouldn't still be selling ipods at all..
Don't forget the under-16 audience whose parents don't want them to have a phone yet but the kids want some type of mp3 player.. In fact, I just ordered my 10 year old daughter a Zune for Christmas..
