OK, downloading didn't take that long.
Here's where I'm at.
I downloaded your PR4.
Then I did a hard-reset.
Flashed the phone to the Official Verizon ROM.
The did a hard-reset.
Flashed to your PR4.

The 1st step in getting the MMS to work, is to modify a registry key.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Arcsoft\ArcSoft MMS UA\Config\mm1\WspHeader

The Arcsoft folder does not exist if I don't let the verizon customizations run. However, the directions do say NOT to let them run, because Kirvins ROM creates this registry entry for Sprint, so it's available to modify.
Anyways, I'll run the Apache_VZW_MMS3.0.6.24_20060124.CAB, which will create this for me. It also makes the changes that the instructions in the post call for.
