I'm trying to find the source of a problem I'm having, thought I would check if anyone running any of the Bell ROMs have this problem:

Intermittently after the phone has been working fine for a while, I will turn it on and try to use any program to connect to the internet, and it acts like the internet is not available. No program can connect. The phone and text messaging still work, though. I soft reset, and everything is fine. This happens once or twice a day, sometimes every other day. Most of the time, my internet runs just fine. I cannot associate this with anything in particular - no programs running in background, I can't think of anything I installed that caused this to begin but it started so long ago it is hard to remember. And yes, I am in great network coverage when this happens.

Thinking about doing a hard reset, but don't want to have to redo all my settings for some stuff - I know I can back up a lot, which I do, but there are certain settings that just have to be manually re-entered and I am dreading it.

Questions:
1. Anyone have this problem on a Bell ROM?

2. What exactly is affected with a hard reset (contacts, emails, etc only? programs on internal storage? anything happen to external storage? Do all programs get reset, or just some?)?

I'm using OMJ 3.09 custom (non M2D) with M2D update 19 running on top.
