As of 5 this morning I have completed my CBM theme pack. Please download and enjoy ( at your own risk of course)
Also the Start menu icon file is now included with the QVGA pack.
Sorry VGA and WX users, I cant post the Start menu icon files for you. I cant test them to see if they work or not. But you can go here for VGA.
