I know you're frustrated that you can't get Orb to work.
I'm glad you contacted support. Although support is technically a benefit of the paid Kinoma Play product, I see they've thrown the rules to the wind to work you in order to figure out what's up. I know there was a misplaced folder issue, and hopefully any remaining issues are as straightforward as that one.
It's even quite possible you've even found a bug that's specific to your phone or something installed on it. If that ends up being the case, if at all possible we'll fix it in one of our frequent updates.
Other that the Orb issue, have you found even one other problem with the app?
