Yes you have it right, and no this is no joke. We have a crack team of developers to build you a rom that will impress. Check our thread for the gsm version on xda at:

Also because of the members of our team we can do things that no one else can, members like cmonex and no2chem. Already cmonex has done some amazing things for us for the rom tweaking and the hard-spl with more to come. We have purchased one device so far with the donations sent to us and have started tweaking and rom building. We greatly appreciate the donations so far and look forward to any that anyone else can send. The sooner we can get a few more devices the sooner we can have everything tested and release an RC to wet the appetites of those that have donated. We have a high level of standards amongst the team and want the release the best possible.
