Back on topic a little bit, I'd say that my low-light pictures are already at about 15fps. That's a 1/15 second shot, which too slow to hand-hold. Quality hand-held pictures can often be achieved between 1/30 of a second and 1/60 of a second, depending on the person. That would, as you may have guessed, be 30-60 fps
