make sure internet sharing is closed completely and active sync on the phone is closed then try again.. if not just restart the phone

Ok heres what he needs to do.. Use a registry editor and do this reg edit

"HiddenModeOperatingPage"=dword:00000000
Change from 00000001 to 00000000 (it might just say 1 so change it to 0)
Once thats done.. wait a few minutes and restart the phone
He should now have the Services Tab
BTW He doesnt need to flash back to the stock ROM to CALL Alltel but he should ALWAYS flash back if he takes the phone into the Alltel repair center or any Alltel store
