10/15/08: Bought at Best Buy on 10/30/08- Earpiece buzz, screen sensitivity issues, and randomly turns on throughout the day

10/15/08: Exchanged at Best Buy on 11/8/08- Earpiece buzz was worse and crackling noise, gets really hot after 10 minutes of making a call, and the A button on the keyboard was working intermittently.

11/07/08: Exchanged again at Best Buy on 11/25/08. Everything Perfect (...finally)- No earpiece buzz or crackling, smooth and fast response, and keyboard working normally. Bought the BB Insurance for $6.99 just to be sure (at least for a couple of months).
