Ok so I just reset my phone (turned it off and back on just as I did before) and nothing has crashed so far. They crashed after resetting my phone 3 times in a row, but they haven't so far. I do notice though that my battery icon goes away, but comes back if I open something and close it.

The only thing I changed was the power management options (turn off screen after 1 minute blah blah) is that what gwes.exe is? Weird how voicecmd.exe would be tied into that somehow...
