Nothing like that is available on a stock 700wx. However there might be some 3rd party calendar apps that may do that. I would search Google. Tasks usually aren't associated with an audible reminder.

A work around though would be to just use your calendar/remider feature for the ultra important appointments and use the task feature for lesser appointments.

Anyone else care to add to this?
