Would you believe the battery meter on the 700wx is a Palm custom job too? It's their own :P I love the 1% increments--talk about detail. It's those little things they do that make a difference.
OTOH, 10% isn't bad and you'll get used to it.
But, if you think 10% is bad, the Moto Q does 25% increments
So you go from 100% to 75% quite shockingly.
