As far as I know, any graphically intensive game causes the issue. However there are some that aren't so highly graphical that cause it as well. Here are the ones that I know have slowed down my phone:

Acky's XP Breakout
Atomic Battle Dragons
Catchy Cadence
Flux Challenge
Fruits Day
Kevtris 2
Nutcracker
Pocketnester (any rom causes the slowdown)
Snails Reloaded
Turbo Invaders
There they are, in alphabetical order too
. Solitaire and bubble breaker don't cause this problem, but they're about the only ones that don't.
