Alright - re-flashed Sprint 3.56 Rom, Radio 3.42, etc. stock stuff...
And it was on Mobile IP - so I changed it back (##778#) but I'm still getting the same icon.
Anything else I might have missed?

#3 just showed the bottom box of the NAM Settings - ACCOLC is 7.
