I just received my sprint Touch Pro from EBay to flash to Verizon. It was brand new in the box, however, I noticed that the slider mechanism for the keyboard is a little loose and it wobbles side to side. Also when i go to close it, it seems to close a little uneven. This is my first HTC Device, so I just wanted to know, is this normal?

Also, if i have a Sprint Touch Pro running on Verizon's network, is there any way to get insurance for the phone and get it replaced with a Sprint version if something should happen?
