That is an awesome tutorial, but it makes it seem more complicated than it really is. There are only three, sometimes four steps you need to follow.

1. unlock the phone

2. flash to a gps capable radio

3. flash whatever ROM you decided on

4. install the verizon carrier cab if needed

Then, you dial *228 & pick option 1 & you're done 99% of the time...........
