By the sound of that, if the retentions rep placed another order, you may actually receive 2 phones since you say the original order now shows a tracking number.
As far as major discounts with retentions... they'll try to make you happy but they are not dumb, they'll low-ball you first... if you accept they are not gonna offer you more.
I personally have never ordered anything through retentions...
On another note... what a mess it has been this release. I don't remember the 700wx release being such a hassle. It's probably the merge of the Nextel order system with the Sprint inventory.
