So, YOU dropped the phone... YOU stepped on it and busted it... and now you expect SPRINT to replace it for free? Use the insurance that you purchased and spend the $50 to replace it... Once you drop 50 bones for it a few times, you will stop forgetting its in your lap.
If the store suspects foul play, you will be scrutinized and picked over each time you have a claim in the future...
