not to be the bearer of bad news, but the insurance has changed and they do not cover physical damage in the store anymore. the good news is most of the stores do not know this yet. so if i were you i would get it into a store asap and be as nice to them as possible to get what you want. if you have a contact inside the store like a tech that knows you then the new insurance policy doesn't apply and they will order you one anyway. good luck. like i said most tech and reps will not know this yet anyway. this is just fyi.
