Thanks for your reply. I did an extensive search in this forum and through Google, but no luck. BTW, how do you update your PRL? Can we do it ourselves or need to go through Sprint? Thanks again.

It happens to all of us. Why? We don't know. We assume it is because PRL updates are also performed by calling *2 and the radio resets itself so the new PRL starts taking effect. |
