Ok, now that i had a chance to look i see those are both NBH files recreated from dumps. Looking at the alltel one I saw the XIP sections aren't copied in properly. I remade the alltel one, but Juggalo_X do you have the Raw Telus dump files i could look at to check?

PS Anyone with Bell it would be great to get a dump of your device! I can help and it looks like more and more others can as well.
