I'm in the Sprint store right now, getting mine looked at (will probably get my 6th phone..)

edit: whoa, that was weird. I was showing the phone to an employee, and the screen seemed to "pop." All the sudden my A key started working a lot better... of COURSE... right when you bring it in, it has to start working better..

Guess I'll play with it some more. They guy said I should expect "all" touchscreens to be less-sensitive around the edges. Including the Instinct.

Weird--because none of my other touchscreen phones, or devices have ever had this problem. You would think it would be a major problem to manufacture a screen that is not evenly sensitive.. oh well, I'll see what happens, since that was really bothering me. The keys were not working very reliable on the SIP..
