This is a bunch of bull.. yes it is posted but if you drop your phone, then you damaged it.

Saying above is like crashing your car and then saying well it falls within a certain vin range, just take it back, they will exchange it. Any device, any cell phone, is gonna have some form of damage if its dropped, and sprint is not the one who dropped it. If it really bothers you, claim it and pa $50 deductible.
