Sounds like you let the customizations run when you flashed the Sprint ROM Jackie? I would start all over with the instruction set. The Bell ROM does put back 1.37. I have tested it 3 times now.

Wait a sec...you said you had trouble flashing the Bell ROM. What version of the unlocker were you running when you flashed? 2.31 or .40? You need to be on 2.31 since the radio is a v3 radio.
