I was having trouble with a few things on my Sprint Touch Pro and the TouchFlo UI. The first is with TocuhFlo; the Sprint and HTC applications as well as the phone are hard to 'go back' or even close. This is especially so since there is no End Key.
The left arrow key also seems to change its function or react slowly inside some of these apps. You assume it is backing you out when in effect it is doing something you may not even notice: In
'Contacts' it is actually changing fields . . .
The X in the upper right corner is small and in some cases is very close to another control. Also the sensitivity in the upper corner seems to be different even though I am at 128 instead of the stock 15 for the finger push setting.
Second, grabbing the phone out of a pocket, or putting the device into the cradle either on my desk or in my car I kept pushing the volume contol buttons. I had to exit out of that and then do what I was going to do; like answer the phone . . .
So I used AEBPlus
http://ae.inc.ru/aebplus.php to remap the Volume Control buttons which are the only external buttons on the device other than ON/Off: (remapping the front four is painful)

Long Press = Volumne Up
Down Button
1 Press =
Do Nothing

OK / Close
Long Press =
Volumne Down
This seems to fix all those issues . . . .
