I dont know what to tell ya. Maybe try flashing a ROM yourself. Get it into bootload and possibly try relocking the phone. Then install the stock rom back on it. The seller probably goofed while trying to flash something. I believe he said it's a touch pro already. Try a HARD Reset with it plugged in.
