Due to screen limitation, you can only have max seven programs on the start menu. It can be done a lot faster and easier via

Start->Settings->Menus, the entire list of program short cuts in \Windows\Start\Program Files\* will be displayed and just uncheck and check to make your selection (remember only max 7 can be checked at any time). For Resco, the name is "Resco File Explorer". You do not need the registry editor there either as you can get that program when you hit the up key and the registry editor will be in parallel level of your device.
