Look at the post from crabacus about half-way down the page. It worked for me.

i was able to reformat the storage ( i had to go to dos prompt to do it b/c for some reason my comp (win xp) kept freezing when tried to open my computer)

problem now is, i still cant find that internal storage folder which has the memory card icon.. nayone ?
