There is one big reason and one alone to "hate" on the iPhone, a gorgeous device (although not perfect) and it seems like it's almost unfair to Apple to do so.
That reason is AT&T. Besides having service which is in reality no better than Sprint, and in some instances worse, they
sold the American public down the river (they're not the only ones, but they're documented as being the worst) and they rape you on their rates.
For $50 plus tax with Sprint I get 1250 minutes a month (N&W of course free), unlimited data, Sprint TV and 500 texts. I would be paying double or more if I got myself a lovely iPhone on the evil AT&T network.
Maybe in 3 years or so if Apple quit being p---sies and let their device be on other networks I'll get the 4/5G iPhone. Until then, I'm pretty dang satisfied having another overall wonderful device, the Touch Pro, and paying a lot less to get more.
