Hehehe I offered my example as a totally different configuration setup, my setup does not require a certificate because I'm using PPTP VPN. But OTA PUSH Sync with Exchange 2003 and 2007 does require to have a third party certificate setup on your IIS server for your OWA site and the site must obviously be published to the internet. And that certificate is the one that you need to install into your phone.
