Weird issue with HOTMAIL or Pocket Outlook?

Hi everyone, I'm having a couple of issues with PO that you veterans might be able to help with.. I don't get audible alerts of new mail when withing outlook, is this normal? I also have several accounts and when I go to the account picker, I see that I have email in each of them.. when I go to the folder view, I can't tell which account has mail unless I tap it and open the tree of folders and see INBOX (1).. is there a hack for this? also..on my LIVE account (Hotmail), the emails that are being sent in that account are going to a blackberry. In the responses, I don't ever see MY part of the conversation, but I see every email with header from the other end - the other thing is that after a few emails, I start to see header, header, header, message from sender, and the time is like 7 hours off- like below, can someone help? My friend tells me when she emails herself, the times are correct - so it has to be LIVE or PO doing this.......

MOST recent message will be tucked in right here...

This is ONLY happening on the Hotmail (LIVE) account...I have to scroll down past 3 or 4 headers and look for the message - the headers get more and more as the messaging goes on. I've never had this happen with any email account ever, (and I have several on mobile devices) so I don't know if I have something set wrong or if it's just LIVE - also, I got the message "windows live cannot send the message at this time, try again" for most of the day yesterday - is this how LIVE/Hotmail usually behaves?? Because that's not really solving the push situation if that's the case! I also can't DELETE the fricken hotmail account and re-set it up without a hard reset so I haven't done that yet..

Much thanks!
