On my Diamond set a ringtone to sound when I received a text message, problem is when I receive the text & open it the ringtone does not stop till it is complete. It is a download ringtone. How do I stop the ringtone when I open the message. Also all the ringtones I downloaded worked fine & I attached to different people worked okay but went to change them on some & they disappeared in the menu but cheked file explorer & they were in the ringtone section. I had to copy & move them to the windows folder under rings for them to work again.
