Ended up taking the phone to sprint. Ill find out in a hour if I get a new one. If the creak is still there I might try the tape trick. But sounds kind of dumb for a device that retails over $700 to have to put tape in it.

I also find that the phone touch screen didn't seem to good compared to the mogul. Just doing the alignment was a pain. I had to press really hard on the stylus to align. Anyone else have that problem? I tried the reg key tweaks to increase sensitivity but that didn't work.
