Actually, I think you are correct. I don’t think the reset utility completely erases all the information from memory like the 4 finger “claw” of death does. One of Juicy’s older .roms would completely lockup on my phone when I launched TouchFLO. While I was unable to get it to work, others were having no problems. I used the utility to reset it many times without success. It wasn’t until I hard reset the device that I got it working properly on my phone. There was something in memory that wasn’t getting cleared out using the utility. Since, I have used the button method every time without problem...
