First of all, I don't own Sirius for the radio. I own Sirius for the lack of commercials. I'm paying $13/month so that I don't have to listen to all of the BS on the radio that isn't music. Most, if not all, of us have Sirius or XM to listen to music when we aren't near an internet connection, such as our car. When you purchase Sirius XM you automatically get an online account which allows you to stream music over the internet. This is where C-ApiSRO comes in. C-ApiSRO essentially turns your mobile phone into a mobile Sirius XM radio, which makes use of this internet account.
