In your \windows\startup folder (directory) on the ppc is a link that starts Voice Command ... I can't say for certain exactly what it is called. It might be as simple as
Voice Command.lnk. Move this file out of the startup folder and restart your ppc. After restarting, use a file manager utility like Total Commander or Resco Explorer to copy and overwrite the files.
