The only problem is that I've been trying to figure out if anyone's gotten a Sprint Mogul onto Verizon, and despite Verizon's pronouncement last year of allowing any devices, specifically including stuff from Sprint, onto their network, I keep finding threads from summer and earlier about how people couldn't get Verizon to activate their Sprint Moguls. I was wondering if anyone has been able to do this, because I would love to get the Mogul. My friend said the following:
"It's got a cracked spl so you can load up verizons firmware. It's still got a sprint esn though"
Will I be able to get this phone onto Verizon? Also, if I switch to that phone they won't try to force me into buying a data plan will they? I really want this phone because it's one of the few wifi-enabled phones on Verizon, and since I'm in college I have wifi basically everywhere. Thanks for the help.

Before paying for it, try getting verizon to switch your phone to the mogul. Chances are they won't as its a sprint ESN however you might get lucky.
