Finally after another 40 minutes, and 3 telesales agents i finally have my phone ordered... The first one she put me on hold and never came back... someone else took the call... she 1.) said the phone wasnt availiable, and 2.) Said she couldnt handle my account(corperate discount) so she sent me off to another agent... who finally ordered my phone.
I wish Sprint/Nextel would either train its agents that they must actually talk into their headsets for the customers to hear them, and/or Speak up... because all three agents i could barely hear.
Oh well must sleep and dream about my new phone... i have a dentist appointment in 6 hours and i will finally be able to compare which is worse being on the phone with Sprint or going to the dentist...
