I knew this would happen, 40 minutes on hold with technical support and they couldnt pull up my account to see if a phone was on order???
It really doesnt suprise me any, Being with Sprint 5 years i know their customer service sucks.. now i have to wait till morning to call telesales and ask them if my phone is ordered or not... grrr of course knowing my luck its not, and ive wasted all this time... My birthday gift to myself has to wait till morning
Oh yea and isnt 40 minutes on hold at 11pm(when i placed my call) Pacific just a bit insane? grr... the problem is im not really mad, ive grown accustomed to the poor customer service and expect it... i should be mad right?
