Is there any software available that will do the following:

1) Block selected telephone numbers and send them directly to voice mail,
2) Block SMS'. A return message(i.e. 'The number is not in service and your message was not received') might be useful too if it has a "spoofed" CID, and
3) Block selected telephone numbers and play a specific message (i.e. 'You have reached a number that is no longer in service.') ?

I know there are some free apps that will block and send to voicemail. In fact, some block SMS, but I don't know of any that will play a specific message or return a specific SMS with a spoofed CID.

While I use GrandCentral and love it, I don't use it universally because of SMS.
