Don't know if this will help ornot but when I was trying to unlock for the first time (and also now everytime I flash) I have to hold the USB cable tight in the phone. I thought maybe it was my laptop, but it also did this with my PC at work. It just stopped downloading the unlock. I plugged it back in and ran the unlocker again...it did work for me.
