Try installing Orb on the DVR server. IT works with regular webcams...it might just pick up other cams too.

However...if you are looking to view video already recorded...it all depends. At my work we deal with Cyberview DVRs all the time. They record footage in their own proprietary application, and the video it records is viewable only inside their application. If this is the case with yours, you wont be able to watch recorded video, unless your DVR software specifically allows for it.

When you watch it over IE, its probably installing an Active-X equivalent of its own proprietary software, allowing it to run in the browser. This won't work over a PPCbrowser...at least not yet.
