Dude I verified the hell out of the 1st order and I am pretty damn sure they got the message the second time when I chewed them out for sending me the incorrect phone. I have called them every day asking where my PRO is. If you want to go around calling people ignorant, look at yourself. I have plainly posted here as well as others about gettng the incorrect phone.
In just a few posts above, I explained exactly why it is happening. They are ordering the correct phone, the pro, so stop calling me and others ignorant. Second, they explained the system has a time period in which it must ship a phone, mostly for those ordering a phone that have lost it and have no temporary phone to use. If the specific phone ordered is not available, it defaults to the next comparable.
Again, by calling people ignorant, you are showing you are by not freaking reading this thread. I along with others received a diamond the first time, after that receiving a second just makes asurion look horrible.
After calling the sprint store, what they said also made sense. If the sprint stores do not even have stock to sell to new customers, asurion is at the bottom of the list to receive the same stock. Therefore, be prepared for a long time to get the pro back. If a store lets you exchage than consider yourself luck as all I get is "we are two different companies".
I will be calling asurion, asking them for the third time to ship me a pro. If this is confusing to me, I cannot wait to see what my bill is gonna look like after all these devices floating around.
BTW you doing something right has nothing to do with it. They happened to have stock, some people got pros no problem, again you would see that if you read this thread.
I am not being mean, but after receiving the second incorrect device, and seeing your post, your getting the brunt of my p'd offness.
