So it's ignorant for you to take a couple extra steps to make sure you recieve the correct device lol. Maybe if you guys listened, you wouldn't be receiving diamonds. Like i said earlier when the pros were on back order, there system defaults to sending you a diamond because it's the closest phone to what you have and they were in stock. Asurion is an insurance company first not a phone company they aren't phone savvy people. To them the model numbers for the diamond and the pro probably look exactly the same they can't tell the difference and my proof of that is when i filed my claim they were going to send me a diamond until i explained to her that that was not the correct phone. But do whatever you want and i will just keep reading and laughing when you guys keep getting diamonds. I filed my claim last monday and received my pro friday no problems so i must of done something right if all of your are having problems.
ps - no disrespect intended Rice i actually respect you and your work but i feel that was stupid for you to say that verifying information is ignorant.
