My question now is simply, did Hibby's rom inlude the maps or just the program? If it included the maps as well, then I fully understand it being bad. If it did not include the maps, then he was well within the rules of posting his rom as far as I can tell and people are jumping the gun. Where is the line being drawn? Also, doesn't the whole TT7 issue smell exactly the same as the whole Picture mail issue that just recenly went down a couple months ago? Both have been dumped from roms. It was decided long ago (with the Mogul I believe) that TT7 is not allowed in any cooked ROM's. Nothing blurry about it.
We got a cease and decist order about Picturemail from the developer, again how is that blurry???
