Do you have it synced to Outlook? When you start active sync for the first time after a hard reset, uncheck the mail and contacts. I have nothing synced with active sync and I don't have an Outlook Folder.

Yes you can. Are you using on of Yay's roms? So far all of his roms have the ability to minimize the clock just like the factory rom.
