Here's a CAB for updating the Taskbar. It also fixes the 1% battery problem in this kitchen. I deleted the 1% and 5% OEM folders and put this cab (and the FInixNOver Battery Icon Certificate.cab) into my 'Carrier - Config_Operator for Sprint' folder and add it to the config_operator.txt file.
