Got mine at Best Buy in Texas October 25th

What a magnificent day, i remember driving back from a buddy's house Oct 25th, and decided to stop by the Sprint Store on the way, i asked the Receptionist Sprint guy, " so, the Touch Pro..." and his face lit up with excitement, he was like "Man! i know i cant wait (points at Mogul at his holster)"

I get in my car, call up Best Buy, this really friendly mobile rep girl answers, and she's like : "Oh yea, we have them in stock, it just came out right? last night", I made sure to ask
Me: "The Sprint version that is right?, so if i go home (shower) and stop by within the next hour you'll have them in stock right?!"

Best Buy Girl: Yea, do you want me to hold one for you? whats your name?

It was an overall beautiful experience, some other best buy girl gave me some hiccups about possibly having to change my plan because SNAP couldn't take it. I kindly asked her to phone it in through Sprint, and she did.

I asked her if i could show her a 20% off Best Buy Reward Zone off select phones, and she said, "Oh those are mailed out, and you have it to present at the time of purchase"

Then things we're looking dim when they tried tranferring my contacts, it took 3 attempts, and about 40 minutes of my life before i told them i was fine tranferring my contacts manually, as i saw this process was not going to work, and they had my Touch Pro hooked up to a machine, all the while i just sat and longed to hold and Touch it.

Needless to say, i went back before the 20% Off Smartphones deal ended November 1st,
and actually was attended by the first nice best buy girl i spoke with on the phone, who promptly got a manager from the floor, to apply the discount. (took two attempts, and some on the spot math to guide him in the right direction) he wanted to give me 23$ off the first time, and i actually got up and had to walk back when i caught the error, he appologized and said simple math should have caught something was wrong, but he applied it correctly the second time, and i was a happy customer.
