Yes that is the correct info. Thanks in advance for looking into it for me but it doesn't look good considering even all of the Best Buys in the area are out of stock.

From what I have read on multiple forums it looks like some (not all) of the phones with a build date before 10/19 may be defective but there is some debate about this so I am not sure. All I am sure of is my phone is defective.
