I had step 1 mucked up


1.First you want to run

2.And then you want to downgrade to this Sprint Rom DO NOT LET CUSTOMIZATINS RUN
ftp://up.ppcgeeks.com/Vogue/Users/Im...NV133_Ship.exe

3.Then you need to unlock you’re your phone with
ftp://up.ppcgeeks.com/Vogue/Users/ImCoKeMaN/Vogue_unlocker_MFG_2.31.exe

4.And then you want to flash to and let customizations run

Use this RUU
ftp://up.ppcgeeks.com/Vogue/Users/Im...N/VogueRUU.rar

5.And the you can flash to the Verizon Test Rom and DO NO LET CUSTOMIZATIONS

I’m sure this is the hard way but it worked for me.
